I’m a HIPAA-certified Professional Medical Biller focused on properly coding services, procedures, diagnoses, and treatments. I prepare and send invoices or claims, correct rejected claims, and track payments while following up with patients and insurance companies about outstanding bills.

Before medical billing, I built strong call-center and data-handling experience through roles where I made outbound calls, secured personal information, and worked under HIPAA laws. At Insight Global, I handled patient calls and entered information into the computer.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Call Center Representative for Vivint Smart Home, assisting customers with technical issues and updating billing and account information. I also called previous resort travelers to offer discounted vacation packages, booked trips, and accepted payment.
