What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator role where I can apply my technical expertise and contribute to effective IT service management.

At Egis India, I work as a ServiceNow Developer on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM and HRSD. My work includes developing workflows and automating IT service management processes.

On the ServiceNow HRSD end-to-end service delivery project, I designed an HR service catalog with 50+ items and configured approval workflows using Flow Designer. I also worked on onboarding and offboarding lifecycle events and HR reports and dashboards.

Across ServiceNow projects, I customized core ITSM modules and developed catalog items, order guides, and record producers. I’ve also integrated ServiceNow with external platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
