I’m looking to lead technical documentation in agile teams—owning SRS, help systems, and release notes, partnering with SMEs for accuracy, and using structured authoring and API documentation practices to support compliance and product adoption.

I’m a Technical Writer with 14+ years of experience building software, hardware, and process documentation across telecom, networking, enterprise IT, SaaS, and cloud platforms. I lead documentation teams, interview SMEs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in agile environments—so content is accurate, usable, and audit-ready.
