I seek a role leading documentation efforts where I can scale content ecosystems, mentor writers, integrate modern tooling (IaC, CI/CD), and deliver user-focused API and product documentation to accelerate adoption.

I am a Lead Technical Writer and Documentation Architect with 10 years of experience building user manuals, API docs, training modules, and knowledge bases for web, B2B, and B2C products. I lead documentation teams and drive content ecosystems using Markdown, GitHub, MadCap, and CI/CD tooling.

My work includes creating EXL's RPA platform documentation from scratch, building training on fundamentals of technical writing (with video), restructuring Vision Group documentation for content reuse, and improving MS Teams developer UX for OAuth and SSO. I collaborate closely with SMEs, developers, QA, and product managers to deliver accurate, user-focused content.
