Produced DITA and MadCap Flare-based information development (online helps, Webhelps, and PDFs) for IIoT/big data products, including installation, configuration, API, user, and operations documentation. Built WalkMe interactive adoption solutions for Reflex Analytics Fabric (RAF) on AWS and supported Customer Success with documentation adoption strategies.

Created and maintained OPTIMA telecom billing operations documentation for a global audience using DITA and an XML data model. Built and maintained training and learning solutions, delivering product guides, installation/configuration guides, and architecture guides.
