I am an operations and education professional with over eight years of international experience supporting U.S.-based executives, optimizing business processes, and delivering technology-enabled learning. I combine administrative rigor with a passion for teaching and cross-cultural communication.

As Chief Operations Officer for a U.S. real estate firm, I directed operational strategy, streamlined reporting and compliance, and improved landlord–tenant communications. In my prior executive assistant role I managed executive calendars, documentation, and stakeholder communications while maintaining compliance records.

I have hands-on experience in remote ESL instruction and secondary school teaching, earning top performance ratings delivering online lessons and developing curriculum and lesson plans. My background also includes medical billing and training for U.S. clients, focusing on insurance claims processing and compliance standards.

I hold an MA in Educational Management and certifications including Licensed Professional Teacher and a certificate in Technology for Teaching & Learning. I am proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in multicultural, remote, and compliance-driven environments.
