I also manage financial administration—preparing invoices, processing payments (e-transfer, cheque, credit card), and handling collections with strong record keeping and reporting. Beyond that, I generate daily reports, monitor performance, update client databases, and support seasonal marketing campaigns.

Earlier experience includes advanced technical support as an SME/TSR/CSR, where I guided customers through complex troubleshooting and mentored new hires. I’ve also leveraged AI productivity tools like ChatGPT and Claude for streamlined communication, reporting, and research.
