I also bring an operational leadership mindset from my time as Assistant General Manager at Zipps Sports Bar and Grill, where I handled inventory management, ensured compliance with health and safety regulations, and streamlined daily processes to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Earlier, as a Head Bartender at Olive Garden, I created a welcoming guest experience, trained new bartenders, and handled transactions with accuracy—skills that carry into how I communicate with users and maintain attention to detail.
