At Loop by The Builders Board, I manage client accounts on a GoHighLevel white-label CRM platform, guiding customers from setup through adoption and retention.

I build onboarding workflows and training materials, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain account pipelines, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively manage churn risk. I also coordinate scheduling, documentation, and cross-team communication to keep account operations moving smoothly.

Previously, I coordinated agricultural and food security project monitoring for Guatemala's Ministry of Agriculture, working directly with farming communities across multiple regions. I bring bilingual client communication, community-building experience, and agricultural and forestry engineering knowledge to account management or agri-sector sales opportunities in Ireland.
