I’m a results-driven Account Manager and customer service professional with experience in sales, client relationship management, digital marketing strategy, and technical support. I focus on building long-term client relationships and using strategic problem-solving to help customers and partners succeed.

At Groupon (Account Manager at Groupon–Conduent), I contacted and negotiated with national merchants to create promotional campaigns and business partnerships. I developed customized campaign strategies based on merchant goals and market analysis, managed merchant relationships with ongoing account support, and collaborated with internal teams to ensure successful campaign launches and customer engagement.

Previously, at TELUS International (Wix), I provided customer service and technical support for website builder platforms. I assisted with troubleshooting, account management, and website-related inquiries, managed IP/DNS configurations and administration, and resolved customer issues while maintaining high service standards in both English and Spanish.

I’m currently pursuing a degree in Technology and Marketing Administration, with a strong interest in digital business and marketing. I bring a blend of communication, multitasking in high-volume environments, and marketing analysis to drive growth and consistently deliver excellent customer outcomes.
