Led full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles across Europe, the US, LATAM, and Asia, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies. Sourced and assessed candidates for Elixir, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++ roles and closed 2–5 positions per month while maintaining candidate satisfaction.

Led full-cycle recruitment for 15 event departments, coordinating staffing needs and timelines across crowd control, spectator services, media, catering, cleaning, waste, HSE, logistics, and transport. Closed 200+ volunteer and 40+ contractor positions and managed onboarding and training while adjusting staffing levels during the event.

Oversaw full-cycle recruitment for 22 event departments, successfully filling 400+ volunteer and 1000 contractor positions over an 8-month project. Conducted 20+ interviews daily, managed large-scale onboarding, and adjusted staffing in real time based on demand for smooth event execution.
