I’m looking for a role where I can own P&L, lead distributed teams, and drive omnichannel growth with KPI control. I want to deliver digital transformation, automation, and measurable commercial results through high-performance execution.

I’m an Operations & Commercial Strategy professional (Engineer + MBA) with 10+ years leading remote and distributed teams across multi-site and digital environments. I’m comfortable delivering by objectives and KPIs within decentralized structures.

I’ve managed P&L up to €72M annually, building a track record in digital transformation, scalability, and double-digit growth. I partner across Marketing to optimize conversion, omnichannel traffic, and average ticket—turning data into repeatable commercial execution.
