At SRG Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd., I manage the home loan and LAP process from lead to closing, working across credit, legal, technical, and operations teams. Listening to borrowers surfaced recurring confusion about what, when, and why they were billed, which became the problem behind Vision Pay.

On Vision Pay, my independent product project, I took that problem from discovery through personas, competitive analysis, and a PRD to UX flows and a working prototype. I designed the five-step experience—Verify, Discover, Understand, Pay, Track—to address the problem rather than build around a loan management app.

I also took AERIS and NOURA from initial problem framing to working prototypes. Across these projects, I wrote PRDs, designed user flows, and defined success metrics or product boundaries, drawing on research and my own experience with wellness tools. I’m a computer science graduate transitioning into product management and want to apply these skills within an organisation.
