At Direct iT, I design, deploy, and manage AWS and Microsoft 365 infrastructure for multiple clients, including a SOC 2-compliant environment with 30+ servers and a $200K–$250K annual cloud budget.
I build infrastructure that can be rebuilt: Terraform across AWS accounts, multi-environment GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions pipelines, and highly available disaster recovery environments for routine testing and business continuity. I also implemented Zero Trust Network Access for a Remote Desktop environment, eliminating implicit network trust through identity-based access controls.
I bring hands-on production operations experience across Windows and Linux, on-call incident response, patching, monitoring, backups, access control, and hybrid networking. I also contribute to Kubernetes GPU tooling and build serverless AWS applications to stay connected to the products infrastructure supports.
