What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to apply my enterprise incident-response, production monitoring, log analysis, and escalation experience within a Security Operations Center environment.

At Visa, I monitor globally distributed payment tokenization applications supporting digital wallets and non-card payments, including services used by Apple Pay and Google Pay. I triage production incidents, analyze transaction activity and logs, document findings, create tickets, and coordinate escalations across specialized technical teams.

I've also supported Tribe at Savvato Software across an Ionic/Angular frontend, Java backend, and MySQL database, and improved Comcast support workflows by 15%. With a B.S. in Cybersecurity/Information Security, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity credentials, and hands-on experience with Splunk, Linux, Python, and enterprise monitoring platforms, I'm pursuing Security Operations Center work.
