What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics operations where I can improve partner accountability, KPI visibility, inventory accuracy, exception resolution, and scalable operating workflows. I'm open to regular travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

I'm improving freight, fulfillment, and 3PL execution across warehouse partners, carriers, brokers, and transportation providers at Expeditors International. I use milestone, dwell, and service reporting to resolve delays, shortages, and operational exceptions.

I've helped reduce Philadelphia dwell from approximately four days to a ~2.9-day moving average and reduced critical CFS dwell to under two days through prioritized recovery actions and partner follow-up. I also build Excel dashboards that make aging freight, workload, service risk, and KPI performance actionable.

As founder of FuelzUS, I built delivery-pilot workflows for inventory, capacity planning, routing, service windows, vendor evaluation, and unit economics. My background also includes 3PL transitions, inventory control, receiving, cycle counts, replenishment, returns, and outbound readiness in high-volume distribution operations.
