I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer support with high-accuracy data entry—using CRM/ticketing systems to maintain clean records, resolve discrepancies quickly, and document outcomes clearly in a fast-paced team environment.

I’m a detail-oriented professional with 7+ years of experience in high-volume data entry, accurate recordkeeping, and written communications across customer service and contact center environments. In my roles, I focus on precision, clean documentation, and reliable follow-through—even when volumes are high.

As a Communications Specialist at Shipt, I processed and documented 75–85 daily chat and email inquiries, maintaining precise account notes and order records for seamless follow-through. I ensured high accuracy in data capture across customer accounts, flagging and resolving discrepancies to keep records clean and trustworthy.
