I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can own technical sourcing and recruitment end-to-end, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and lead teams with strong communication, organization, and compliance.

I’m a results-driven Technical Sourcer / Recruiter with experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating technical candidates for fast-paced hiring needs. I conduct candidate outreach, initial screenings, scheduling, and maintain organized candidate pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers to improve candidate matching.

Beyond recruiting, I’ve led teams in operations and education—serving as an Interim Site Director and as a Department Manager. I communicate with stakeholders daily, ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures, and support employee training and development to keep teams high-performing in both remote and onsite environments.
