I reduced academic expenditures by 18% YoY through budget redesign and improved financial controls, and I designed and secured approval for a structured mentorship program. I also strengthened oversight through role clarity and new engagement practices, built scalable onboarding for leaders, and implemented employee and resident feedback systems.

Previously at Apple, I led people and organizational capability for a high-volume technology retail operation with up to 140 employees and 8 managers. I owned talent and succession planning, manager coaching, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, workplace planning, engagement, and change execution—translating enterprise changes into clear manager resources and accountability routines, while connecting leadership development to business outcomes like operational consistency, customer experience, launch readiness, and loss prevention.
