Managed applicant documentation, scheduled and evaluated written tests, and handled employee data and new-hire records using PeopleSoft.

Led annual compensation reviews and benchmarking, built talent acquisition and retention programs, strengthened performance management and engagement, and drove DEI initiatives using HR analytics and workforce planning.
