I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can partner with executives to build people-first, just cultures; lead transformation in HR operations and labor relations; and use HRIS/people analytics to improve engagement, retention, and workforce outcomes.

I’m a results-driven HR executive with over 10 years of experience leading transformational people strategies across healthcare, retail, and real estate. I partner with executive teams to build agile, inclusive cultures rooted in trust, belonging, and accountability, with a proven track record in high-stakes negotiations, compensation frameworks, and M&A integration.

In my current role as an Executive HR Operations leader, I shape strategic people priorities across 15 senior living communities, develop a high-performing HR team, and embed a just culture philosophy to strengthen leadership accountability and employee engagement. I also lead labor relations strategy for the BC region, oversee HRIS alignment and governance, and deliver talent initiatives—performance management, leadership development pathways, succession planning, and workforce readiness—to future-proof organizational capabilities.
