I’m a product manager with a background in software engineering, digital platforms, and organizational change. I connect customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints to help teams make clear decisions and deliver useful products.
At Edgio, I owned product strategy and roadmaps for the core Manifest streaming platform and advertising capabilities, working with dedicated Manifest and Ads engineering teams and enterprise customers. My scope included Pod Serving, advertising analytics, and a Google integration. I also helped coordinate the broader product team’s planning and communication, improving visibility into priorities and strengthening collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Support, and Operations.
One of my key initiatives was Live Time Shifting. I took over a complex effort that had passed through several product managers and partnered with Engineering to move pause, rewind, and fast-forward capabilities into phased delivery while managing server load and platform risk. I also reduced roadmap-document length by 50% and improved feature-request tracking, product education, and release communication.
Before moving into product management, I worked as a Software Engineer, coordinating more than 25 production releases, rebuilding Jenkins infrastructure, and automating provisioning, backup, and recovery workflows. That experience helps me evaluate technical tradeoffs and work closely with engineers.
Earlier, at Pepperdine University School of Law, I led digital platform and communications initiatives, including website redesigns, the Surf Report communications platform, digital signage, and an interactive touchscreen project. Across these roles, my focus has been consistent: understand the problem, align the people involved, and turn complexity into practical progress.
