I’m a results-driven HR professional with experience in IT recruitment and HR operations, currently working as an Associate HR at Kadel Labs. I manage end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple open roles—sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, screening resumes, running initial HR interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.

I also handle ATS-driven pipeline tracking in HROne, interview scheduling, and a smooth candidate experience, while supporting onboarding with documentation and employee record maintenance. Previously, as an IT Recruitment Executive (Remote) for the South African market with Samaha Consulting, I managed full-cycle recruitment for IT roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and PNet, coordinated interviews across geographies, supported offer discussions, and maintained recruitment data and stakeholder reports—experience that fuels my goal of building a global HR and talent acquisition career while I pursue PGDM.
