What I'm looking for

I seek a Virtual Assistant role where I can apply my organizational, administrative, and customer service skills, manage documents, support client communication, and grow in a collaborative team environment.

I am a dedicated virtual assistant and Office Administration graduate with hands-on customer service experience across travel, telco, and healthcare accounts.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration and completed OJT at a law office, where I greeted clients, filed, typed, and prepared reports. These experiences developed my skills in processing documents and managing files for government transactions.

Professionally, I served as a Customer Service Representative at XMC Inc., Foundever, and IPLOY between 2022 and 2025, supporting account inquiries and client relations while managing company documents and administrative workflows.

I bring strong communication, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work well under pressure, coupled with a willingness to learn. I am seeking a Virtual Assistant role where I can organize, support clients, and contribute to efficient operations.
