I direct daily operations for teams of up to 200 employees across multiple departments and time zones, coordinating logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep service delivery on track. At MR N, I also implemented process improvements and compliance protocols aligned with local regulations.

I work across Spanish, English, and French-speaking environments, auditing and maintaining documentation accuracy and coaching multicultural teams to improve engagement and retention. I’ve reduced operational errors by 20% by tightening compliance processes and workflows.

Outside operations, I interpret high-volume calls and in-person customer interactions in healthcare, legal, insurance, finance, and customer service. I also train and mentor new interpreters on protocols, terminology, and service standards, including high-pressure escalation handling.
