I help non-technical teams actually adopt AI, not just hear about it. For fifteen years I built the training and onboarding that got large teams using new tools, first at PepsiCo where I published 20+ modules to the corporate LMS for 1,600+ staff, then in an L&D consultancy delivering client programs. Now I do it full-time with AI: designing role-based enablement, running adoption programs end to end, and measuring whether they actually stuck. My focus is the human side of adoption. A tool nobody trusts is dead weight, so I build the training, the guardrails, and the plain-language explanations that get people to rely on it. Nine Anthropic certifications including Teaching AI Fluency. I build and train in English and Spanish.
