I’m a Pedagogical Content Auditor and Instructional Designer with over 23 years of experience in educational content architecture and implementation. I focus on evaluating learning materials for pedagogical alignment, accuracy, and student engagement—turning curriculum standards into effective learning experiences.

In my current role, I’ve reviewed and tested curriculum for adoption and performed quality control to ensure alignment with Common Core and state standards. I also authored and curated 200+ supplemental digital modules, using scaffolding to improve student mastery in core subjects.

I architect and manage digital instructional workflows via Google Classroom, ensuring seamless integration of supplementary curriculum and consistent user experience. I leverage formative assessment data from platforms such as iReady, Accelerated Reader, and ThinkCentral to analyze content effectiveness and recommend adjustments that improve learning outcomes.

I’ve also coordinated the rollout of new technical platforms and operational workflows, guiding diverse teams through transitions and increasing adoption rates. Earlier, I designed and led youth educational programming—adapting lesson plans to meet varied learning needs while maintaining safety and curriculum standards.
