I’m a tourism and hospitality focused professional with a Bachelor of Tourism Management and a strong passion to “venture into the industry” and take it to the next level. I aim to practise both locally and internationally while continuously building reliable industry skills.
I’ve supported tourism and hospitality development through an internship with the Tourism Fund, where I assisted with data collection and analysis, helped document stakeholder discussions, and supported compliance follow-ups. I also gained hands-on resort experience as a manager/supervisor intern, supporting daily operations, guest handling, service quality checks, and event coordination.
I complement my tourism training with commercial and communication strength: I’ve worked as a Sales Representative (Brand Ambassador) through multiple marketing agencies, handling client queries, product knowledge delivery, up-selling, and feedback on promotions.
