What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support travel bookings or hospitality operations, deliver excellent customer service, and grow into broader tourism and digital marketing responsibilities through hands-on learning.

I’m a Travel & Tourism Intern who helps clients turn travel plans into real, well-timed bookings. I bring a customer-first approach, strong communication, and a solution-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.

At Zuri Travels, I handled customer enquiries and supported end-to-end travel bookings. I also helped travel consultants design tailored itineraries and personalised journey plans, strengthening my practical expertise in client management and travel operations within a commercial agency.

Earlier, as an Administrative & Tourism Intern with the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, I managed email correspondence and maintained accurate departmental and client records. I also supported national tourism promotion campaigns and conducted data collection and analysis on tourism trends to support reporting.

I’ve also built hospitality experience through volunteering, delivering high-quality guest management and logistics during large-scale events and community programmes. I’m currently expanding my skills through certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
