What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a part-time remote customer support role where I can help members and staff receive timely assistance.

At PPASports House, I help customers understand product options, answer their questions, and make informed purchases. I also handle payments using the POS system.

I follow up with customers and use their feedback to identify ways to improve product presentation and customer engagement. I also support promotions and product-focused social media content.

As a Call Agent in a SACCO/CIC environment, I handled customer calls, answered questions, and directed issues for further support when needed.

Through Coursera's Introduction to CRM with HubSpot, I practiced organizing customer contacts, managing deals through a sales pipeline, and using marketing emails and report dashboards.
