I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience as a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service, where I have honed my skills in delivering mail and packages with accuracy and professionalism. Over the years, I have managed high volumes of mail while ensuring timely and secure delivery, even in challenging weather conditions. In addition to my role at USPS, I have also worked as a Crisis Hotline Advocate at Mount Saint Mary’s University, where I provided compassionate support to individuals in distress. My training in suicide prevention and trauma-informed care has equipped me with the skills to assess mental health needs and collaborate with professionals for appropriate referrals.
