What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply my academic knowledge and develop practical experience in real-world settings, especially in account management, human resources, training and development, and organizational development.

I've managed client accounts at Goodsmart, building long-term relationships, following up regularly, resolving issues, and supporting stronger account performance and service quality.

Alongside my Commerce studies at Cairo University, I've trained in SAIB BANK's large corporate department and completed HR coursework covering workforce planning, recruitment, performance, training and development, compensation, and talent management.

At X Project Cairo University, I lead Training and Development activities, recruiting members, assessing training needs, delivering soft-skills training and onboarding, and coordinating the T&D team.

I've also contributed to organizational development and academic support through the FCES Students' Council, creating accessible course materials and helping people and organizations move toward better results.
