What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving retail operations, fulfilment systems, team training, and customer experiences while applying my design and workflow-development skills.

At Signature Tools in Auckland, I lead retail, fulfilment, and operational functions as Assistant Store Manager and Operations & People Lead. I streamlined Shopify dispatch workflows and built a custom AppSheet fulfilment system with barcode integration, packing checklists, order imagery, dimensions, and shipping-cost tracking.

I create practical systems for returns, warranty claims, stock control, onboarding, and daily store operations. I recruit, interview, onboard, train, and supervise staff, while resolving customer escalations and acting as the key trading-hours contact when senior management is unavailable.

Alongside operations, I bring freelance graphic design experience from CMNZ, creating logos, brand identities, mock-ups, product photography, promotional graphics, and marketing assets tailored to client needs.
