What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can advocate for clients, support daily living needs, and strengthen team continuity. I want high-accountability work, clear priorities, and opportunities to lead process and training improvements.

I’m a reliable, adaptable advocate with experience supporting clients with day-to-day needs, including medical, hygiene, and social support. I focus on solving problems efficiently while maintaining professionalism in high-responsibility environments, and I support clients in building practical life skills like cooking, cleaning, and finances.

In my most recent advocacy roles, I provided support tailored on a case-by-case basis per client needs and offered leadership support across behavioral, residential, and GOALS advocacy roles. I also helped streamline workplace processes to improve staff efficiency and continuity of care, and I provided staffing coordination and scheduling support during high-needs periods.

Earlier, I advanced into a Temp Manager role by leveraging leadership and organizational performance—coordinating employee scheduling, shift coverage, and workflow adjustments, and developing onboarding and training documentation for new employees and managers. I also strengthened my customer-focused foundation through front-of-house work where I took orders, handled monetary transactions, and maintained cleanliness standards with a positive attitude toward guests.
