I’m an entry-level IT Support Technician with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and two years of hands-on networking, hardware, and IT infrastructure laboratory training. I’m known for troubleshooting computer systems quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
I’ve supported simulated and real environments by configuring LAN setups with routers and switches, performing IPv4 addressing and subnetting, and setting up DHCP and DNS in test scenarios. I’m also comfortable assembling desktops, installing HDD/SSD, and configuring Windows installations and drivers.
In my internship at NIIT Fortesoft, Lagos, I managed digital records and maintained data accuracy, while assisting with workstation deployment, software installation, and system updates. I aim to contribute in a professional IT environment where I can keep improving my networking and support skills—backed by my recent Cisco Networking Academy cybersecurity and IoT training.
