What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on IT support role where I can own helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot Windows and networking issues (DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP), support end users remotely, document resolutions, and use security tools to diagnose problems.

I’m an IT support professional with hands-on helpdesk experience handling ticketing and end-user troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. I’m comfortable working in Windows environments and using that knowledge to resolve cases quickly and reduce user downtime.

I manage end-user accounts, including setup, updates, and account maintenance, and I also set up desktops, printers, and other peripherals. With networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security tools (Kali Linux, Nmap, Metasploit, Wireshark), I’m able to diagnose issues effectively, document resolutions, and escalate complex problems when needed.
