What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support role where I can apply my existing skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow professionally.

At Speedlink Hi-Tech Solutions, I participate in networking labs using Cisco Packet Tracer and GNS3, and work on IP addressing and network connectivity troubleshooting.

I’ve gained practical exposure to MikroTik router configuration and used SSH for remote server access during technical activities.

I also participated in mini data centre setup activities at Speedlink Hi-Tech Solutions, gaining exposure to infrastructure and server deployment.

As a Computer Science undergraduate at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), I’m building on this experience with Cisco Networking Academy’s IT Customer Support Basics certificate.
