What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resource Management student currently building hands-on experience through an HR Internship focused on onboarding, employee records, and documentation accuracy. I’m comfortable working in fast-moving settings and turning HR processes into clear, reliable support for employees and teams.
During my internship, I utilized HRIS platforms including Salesforce, Peerless, and Checkr to manage employee records and onboarding processes. I also communicated with camp employees about pre-arrival requirements and employment documentation, and I conducted audits of HR records to ensure compliance and organizational accuracy.
I bring strong people and leadership skills from my roles as a Senior Lead Student Ambassador and as a Dance Assistant/Choreographer/Directors Assistant. I advise prospective student groups, manage and lead guest tours, and coach students through acting exercises, character development, and performance feedback—skills I bring to thoughtful, service-driven HR work.
