What I'm looking for

I am looking for an entry-level position that enhances my HR skills while supporting my graduate studies.

I am a dedicated psychology major at Iona University, set to graduate in 2025, with a strong commitment to enhancing my skills in human resources. My academic background, complemented by my internships, has provided me with a solid foundation in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.

During my internship at Meadowview Assisted Living Facility, I gained hands-on experience by assisting residents with daily activities and managing their needs. This role honed my ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additionally, my experience as a Building Manager for the Center of Student Engagement allowed me to develop my organizational skills while responding to student inquiries and managing campus events.

My goal is to secure an entry-level position or internship that will not only enhance my graduate school journey but also allow me to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to a dynamic team. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals and make a meaningful impact in the field of human resources.
