I've also created repeatable planning and review rhythms, aligned teams on channel strategy and roadmap tradeoffs, and mentored colleagues in structured thinking and stakeholder management.

Previously at Pearson and Sonder, I supported commercial, marketing, growth, and marketplace leaders with KPI frameworks, performance analysis, investment prioritization, and strategic recommendations. I'm motivated by bringing clarity to complex decisions and helping cross-functional teams execute against shared priorities.
