I’m a results-driven AI Operations Specialist and Agile Team Lead with hands-on experience building, monitoring, and optimizing production AI systems. I’ve spent my career bridging communication gaps between technical engineering teams and non-technical business units, translating needs into operational guardrails and reliable workflows.
