What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my program coordination, customer support, stakeholder engagement, research, and operations experience in a service-oriented environment where I can build partnerships, solve problems, and support meaningful organizational initiatives.

I've supported students, faculty, and staff at Ivy Tech Community College and Indiana University Southeast through academic advising, technology troubleshooting, and service-focused operations. I guide students through degree requirements, transfer credits, institutional policies, and campus resources while managing detailed interactions in CRM platforms.

I've also developed International Visitor Leadership Program proposals at the World Affairs Council of Kentucky & Southern Indiana, building partnerships and supporting programming for global professional exchanges, including women in STEM. My work combines stakeholder engagement, research, communications, and cross-functional problem resolution.
