I’m a results-driven IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, and cybersecurity support. I focus on keeping IT environments secure and efficient while resolving complex issues quickly to minimize downtime.
At the Alabama Department of Insurance, I provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for 200+ end users, managing Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user access provisioning to maintain security and compliance. I configured and troubleshot desktops, laptops, printers, and network-connected devices, monitored network performance, and resolved connectivity issues using TCP/IP troubleshooting tools. I also deployed Windows updates, antivirus software, and security patches, collaborated on VPN access controls, and documented help desk resolutions in ServiceNow and Jira.
Earlier, I served as an IT Intern with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing network security and VPN access, and assisting with switch configuration and end-user support.
