What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can build long-term partnerships, resolve complex service needs, support financial or contract processes, and use clear communication and policy knowledge to improve customer outcomes.

At Lower Colorado River Authority, I built long-term client relationships, served as the primary liaison for customer projects, and helped resolve service, billing, and contract issues.

Previously at Texas Municipal Retirement System, I provided account management and benefits counseling to more than 800 participating cities and 200,000 members, retirees, and beneficiaries. I handled high-volume phone and written inquiries, interpreted policies and regulations, and supported payment processing, reconciliations, reimbursements, tax documentation, reporting, and audits.

I bring a customer-focused approach to financial services, compliance, contract support, and issue resolution, with a focus on clear communication and lasting partnerships.
