What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my retirement benefits, account management, and client support experience in a role focused on trusted relationships, clear benefit education, compliant administration, and resolving complex participant needs.

I've supported retirement plan participants and public agency clients across PARS, Ironworker Employees Benefit Corporation, and UFCW Joint Benefit Funds.

At PARS, I managed client and participant relationships, delivered retirement plan orientations and enrollment workshops, and processed enrollments, withdrawals, separations, and retirement distributions with compliance and data integrity in mind. I partnered with trustees, annuity providers, employers, and internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly and clearly.

Previously, I served as a primary contact for pension participants, explaining retirement options and eligibility through consultations and meetings. I also created onboarding and training materials for new employees and staff development.
