I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented healthcare professional focused on organ and tissue donation, referral coordination, and patient care. I work in time-sensitive environments where critical thinking, strong communication, and accuracy matter most.

In my current work, I receive and evaluate organ and tissue donation referrals, review medical records for donor eligibility, and coordinate communication between hospitals, OPOs, tissue banks, and recovery teams. I also maintain confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA while prioritizing multiple referrals to support timely, effective outcomes.

I’ve also served as an Ocular Recovery Technician, performing sterile surgical recoveries and preserving tissue viability for transplantation, with full documentation and chain-of-custody records. With a CNA background and BLS certification, I bring ethical, patient-centered care and I stay calm under pressure while collaborating with healthcare teams.
