What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service-oriented role where I can advance my skills and have opportunities to grow within the organization.

I'm currently monitoring networks, responding to security incidents, and implementing security controls as a Cyber Security Specialist at IDX. I also serve as an online chat resource center advisor.

Across Blink Health, TTEC, ADT Solar, Aerotek/Ciox Health, and retail, I've supported customers with pharmacy needs, claims documentation, account growth, fraud prevention, and customer service.
