What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in crisis services where I can coach counselors, ensure quality care, expand my skills, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team.

I am a dynamic crisis line leader with over six years of supervisory experience in Food and Nutrition Services and a recent Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I transitioned into crisis work as a 988 Online Crisis Counselor and advanced to 988 Chat and Text Shift Lead.

In my current role I monitor and support a team of counselors, provide feedback and coaching, document reports for high-risk visitors, and ensure policy compliance and quality of care. I routinely use active listening, collaborative problem-solving, safety planning, and crisis intervention to help visitors stay safe.

I am committed to continuous professional growth, mentoring team members, and applying my supervisory experience and attention to detail in roles that prioritize compassionate, evidence-based crisis support and strong operational leadership.
