I’m a Business Analyst experienced in partnering across business and technology teams to elicit, validate, and prioritise requirements, and to drive delivery of business-critical initiatives. I translate complex operational needs into clear requirements and user stories, using BABOK-aligned tools and techniques throughout.

I act as a central point of contact between Engineering, HR, Finance, and Legal, resolving ambiguity and keeping cross-functional delivery on track. I’m skilled in stakeholder facilitation, workshop leadership, and aligning solutions to organisational goals so requirements stay validated and actionable.

At Microsoft R&D, I triaged high-volume operational requests and worked with stakeholders to design scalable as-is/to-be workflows. I created BPMN process maps to document process gaps, supported sign-off on redesigned workflows, and managed logistics and communications for high-touch internal initiatives.

In my current role at Stellaris Consulting Australia (May 2026–Present), I’m eliciting operational requirements, identifying recurring pain points, and translating them into clearer, more efficient workflows and support processes. I also support seamless collaboration across teams and use AI-enabled tools to accelerate BA activities while taking a practical, hands-on approach to process improvement.
