What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead student success, youth development, family engagement, and community partnership initiatives where I can build practical systems, support staff, use data for improvement, and help young people persist through academic and career transitions.

I've led schoolwide student and family engagement initiatives at United Community Schools in collaboration with the United Federation of Teachers, strengthening attendance, retention, and access to academic, social, health, and family supports.

As Community School Director, I built partnerships across nonprofits, agencies, service providers, and public-sector stakeholders while supervising staff and using attendance, assessment, and student-progress data to guide interventions.

At KIPP NYC Through College, I founded and expanded a GED and student re-engagement initiative for 50 students at risk of leaving school; 25 matriculated to four-year colleges, 10 to two-year colleges, and 15 to alternative trade schools.

Across counseling, crisis intervention, mentoring, and community partnerships, I've helped young people and families navigate academic, social-emotional, college, career, and life transitions.
