I build trauma-informed youth and family programs that strengthen communities and expand access.
What I'm looking for
At Community LINC, I designed and led trauma-informed programs for children, youth, and families, combining social-emotional learning, curriculum development, crisis support, and community engagement. I built partnerships with 40+ organizations, supervised 15+ staff and volunteers, and helped lead fundraising and seasonal initiatives serving 100+ families annually.
I've also supported undergraduate education students at UMKC and taught elementary students through culturally responsive, data-informed instruction. I bring an equity-centered approach to program systems, staff development, family partnership, and measurable community outcomes.
